ROOTED JUICE BAR + CAFE
Starting with an empty build-out, Holdt House created a functional floor plan for a commercial juice bar. By building in a divider wall, the design team was able to generate increased functionality and flow for the space.
Outfitted with velvet accents, bold prints and moody decor, Holdt House supported a comfortable vibe with a unique, speakeasy twist.

Full-service design inclusive of entire home. Holdt House utilized client's requested existing pieces and outfitted the space with warm leathers, subtle pops of color and rich tones.

KANE LIVING
This large home on the outskirts of Milwaukee included a living space in need of a remodel. Homeowners struggled to find functionality given the narrow footprint.
By breaking the space up into separate living areas, Holdt House worked to expand the room with additional seating arrangements, layered materials and depth through wall paint.

Holdt House created a moody office space with noir walls, large floor mirrors and cozy accents.
Burled wood and gold finishes give this once barren room a whole new life. Organic features such as hand-woven poufs and pillows paired with industrial furnishings make the space feel all-but-ordinary.
